Sweaty upper lip......

Greetings peeps,

It's been a while since my last blog and I'm afraid to say Ive been housebound. The weather is hot and the hotties have come out to play so why oh why am I not outside flashing my boobs and wiping the sweat from my upper lip? Bloody BIG BROTHER! That's why!

I'm afraid I've been bitten by the bug and I tried ever so hard to resist. I should be out seeking the one, not unleashing my inner hatred on the likes of Grace and Jane. I do however feel that although addiction to BB may seem dullifying and regressive, there is a very healthy mental benefit to watching the housemates 24/7. I have found myself coping with situations in a much calmer and thoughtfull way. Why? Well let me explain.......

Since the housemates exploded onto my tellybox all those weeks ago, they have provided me with a very healthy outlet for all my most malevolent feelings. Watching the spitefull behavour, lies, irritations etc, I feel that I manage a daily purge of negitivity in the general direction of the box. This has resulted in me being a) gratefull that I'm not as f***ed up as those wierdos b) Less stressed with simple things, such as my son at 5.30am, going to work and the heat, and finally c) Glad to be who I am. Watching BB always makes me imagine myself in the BB house and I always think I'd do quite well. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather stick a red hot poker up my **** than put myself in that situation, but the realisation that I think I could cope with it rather well pleases me. so thanks BB for pointing out that there are more annoying people in the world than myself......
