Q2 Write down the things that stress the children out. But them in order of most stressful to least stressful

Q3 Look at them and decide which you….

  • are completely responsible for
  • are partly responsible for
  • have some say in, but you’re not responsible for
  • have no say in and no responsibility for

    Q4 Look at each stress point and work out what’s in it for you and the children if it got sorted.

    Q5 How are you going to sort it?

    Q6 What do you have to do as a first step? Second? Third step?

    Q7 Give yourself a deadline for each step you’ve identified
