Can you please give some advice?

Having a bit of a nightmare with the ex re maintenance. About 3 years ago we had a Consent Order, agreeing how much he would pay. This month he has reduced what he pays, without my consent, because he says he is overdrawn and needs to save money! Since we split up, he has re-married and had 2 more children.

My ex and i split 3 years ago. I am now a lone parent to 3 girls ages 9, 13 and 17. My ex is a heavy drinker and has quite recently got his driving licence back after a 2 year driving ban. He used to see the girls on a friday tea time and sunday daytime, a few times there were excuses not to see them and then when he was due his licence back i said i didnt want the girls to travel in his car, the girls were witness to him swigging out spirit bottles, being drunk and he left the younger two on their own one dinner time to go drinking with his dad!

I have a gorgeous 8 month old baby boy who lives with me. His father and I had been together for 4 years, but had split up and were not properly together when I got pregnant and he did not want me to keep the baby. I later found out he was seeing someone else and although we got back together, it was never going to work as he was still seeing this other girl and I left him when the baby was 3 months old.
He has always stayed in contact (we only live 10 miles apart) and he has seen the baby on a very regular basis as his mother looks after the baby most days while I am at work.
